Lauren Elliott, MS, BCBA, LBA
Owner / CEO
Lauren has been providing ABA Therapy and working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2009. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Auburn University in 2008 where she was a member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology, the Gamma Omicron Chapter of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, as well as holding leadership roles in various segments of the Student Government Association.
She obtained a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Developmental Disabilities in 2010 under Dr. James E. Carr at Auburn University. Lauren is dedicated to providing effective, ABA Therapy and behavior analytic services for persons with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities as well as training and educating students, teachers and families about ABA.
She has taught ABA coursework at the undergraduate level at the University of South Alabama and has worked as a behavior analyst in private day & public schools, residentially for children and adolescents with varying disabilities, as well as provided in-home consultation to children and their families. Lauren’s clinical expertise focuses on emergent language utilizing relational frame theory, dissemination and supervision of ABA, and behavioral pharmacology.
Hayden Rizer, MS, BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Hayden joined Simplified Behavioral Health in August 2020 as a BCBA. She started as an RBT providing ABA services under the supervision of Jim Moore in 2016 while in graduate school at the University of Southern Mississippi. Upon completing a Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at USM, Hayden obtained her board certification in Fall of 2018.
During graduate studies, Hayden was involved with research on the PEAK: Relational Training System, staff training, intraverbal research, and stereotypy which was published in Behavior Analysis in Practice in 2020. Prior to graduate school, Hayden earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Counseling at Birmingham-Southern College in 2015.
Hayden has experience as a technician, a supervisor, and consultant predominately in clinical and school settings working with children ages 2-18. She has particular interest in working with children with autism diagnoses in early intervention settings, with a focus on communication skills, motor and developmental tasks, and maladaptive behavior reduction. In addition to early intervention settings, Hayden enjoys leading parent and school staff trainings to educate caregivers and other professionals on the basic principles of ABA.
Hannah Borek, BA, BCaBA, LABA
Coordinator of Education & Training
Hannah Borek, BA, BCaBA, LABA is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She is also a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama. Hannah has been working with children with Autism and various intellectual disabilities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2014.
Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Samford University earning a degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2014 and completed the ABA Assistant Graduate Certificate Program at Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. Hannah has a passion for helping others, and she is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through the use of the ethical and evidence-based practice of ABA.

Morgan Robinette, BS, BCaBA, LABA
Assistant Clinical Director
Morgan Robinette is from Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in 2017. Morgan became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2018. She then completed graduate courses through Florida Institute of Technology in 2019 and obtained her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst credentials.
Throughout the past several years, Morgan has provided services in a variety of settings, such as school, home, community, residential, and clinical. She is currently enrolled as a student in Florida Institute of Technology’s online program for her Master of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis Practice.

Margaret Petty, RBT
Senior Registered Behavior Technician
Margaret has been providing ABA therapy and working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2017. Margaret is currently taking classes online to earn her bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in applied behavior analysis from Troy University. She anticipates graduating in the summer of 2021, where she will then be able to sit for her BCaBA exam and apply to graduate school to complete her BCBA certification in the following year.
She has experience working with children ages 2-16 with varying disabilities, and strives to provide effective ABA therapy for persons with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.
Along with providing ABA therapy, she loves to incorporate her love for art and crafts into sessions to work on fine motor skills and attention to detail which generalizes increased focus and attending to working at the table while having fun!
